Is there any light? Is there any hope? For me..
Can I be any different than this? Better than this?
Feel lost, naked in this wet and cold shadow..
Crawling and digging. My hands hurt so bad.
Perhaps I deserve it. Or is this a passage that need to be done?
I can not give up on me. Can not walk out on me.
I will go on.. in silence
Looking and listening, picking up all the pieces.
I'm kind of blind now.. by these torturous feelings and thoughts.
They took me to the most dark forest and inside it I'm not able to see or even breathe. I feel trapped.
But I'll keep fighting.. I'll get rid of this mess that I put myself in.
I'll wait.. for me.
I know I'm out there.

Light, surrounds us, even in the darkest place, we just have to Chose to see it!
You shouldn't be better or different, you just have to be yourself! Because, being yourself, its the best you'll ever be!
Some journeys in our life, are bumpy, rough and hard! But if we can withstand the worst, we are able to enjoy much better the best!
If you feel blind, close your eyes! If you can't breathe, hold your breath! Instead of feeling trapped, trap yourself. And then you'll see how free you feel! How easy it is to see, breath, feel loose! How easy it is to put all those "negative" emotions aside and even avoid them with ease!

It's normal to be afraid of getting hurt! But I don't mind being stung by the thorns of a rose just to be able to smell it! :) love is more powerful then pain! Happiness is much better then sadness! Smile!
